When I was invited to champion the Shaping Us campaign alongside The Princess of Wales and the Centre for Early Childhood, I didn't hesitate for a second. This is the work closest to my own heart as a mum.
The first five years of a child's life fundamentally shape the adult they become — their relationships, their resilience, their emotional foundations. Yet as a society we still undervalue just how critical those early years are.
Through Happy Mum Happy Baby and this campaign, I'm committed to starting honest conversations about the weight of early parenthood, and pushing for the support every family deserves in those foundational years.
